David P. Cartwright - Senior Vice President
He is the stable force of reason you need when the going gets tough.  Dave is an expert in team leadership, concept development and project management, and has over twenty-five years experience managing medium and large scale commercial construction projects.  Dave is active in the Builders Association of Greater Chicago (BAGC), is a licensed Commercial Real Estate Broker, and a Member of the O'Hare Group.

Brian C. Colby - Senior Vice President
He is the articulate number cruncher who leaves no stone unturned.  Brian has been estimating commercial construction projects for over 20 years, and is the type of person that still enjoys doing it!  He is a detail-oriented overseer that serves as a vital information generator  and go-to clearinghouse for all project related issues.  Brian holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architectural Engineering with structural and environmental designs specialties, from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
